TI Enters the RRAM Market, Acquiring ReRAM Technology License....

(SEMICON Electronics, Dec. 30) According to reports, Weebit Nano has licensed its ReRAM technology to TI. Under the terms of the agreement, Weebit's ReRAM technology will be integrated into TI's advanced embedded processor process nodes. This collaboration includes not only intellectual property licensing and technology transfer but also the design and certification of Weebit ReRAM within TI's process technology (See link of details).
