GlobalFoundries Rolls Out RRAM, SiGe Technologies.....

(Semiecosystem, Sept. 5) At its recent Technology Summit in California, GlobalFoundries (GF) gave several presentations on the company’s process technology and advanced packaging portfolios. GF also introduced two new technologies. First, the company rolled out an embedded resistive RAM (RRAM) technology for foundry customers. GF’s RRAM is based on an internally-developed technology. Second, it released the company’s highest-performance silicon germanium (SiGe) technology to date (See link for details).
