(Yahoo/Finance, Oct. 15) TSMC CEO C.C. Wei said the world's largest contractor chip maker is "stepping up" its investment in capital expenditures to support customers' future growth and confirmed the semiconductor giant is exploring Texas as a potential option for fab site expansion (See link for details).
